Nezavisimosty Avenue was Minsk’s main avenue from the very beginning of the city history (XI century). It was renamed several times and in those times and now it remains the center of the business and cultural life of the belarussian capital. Apartment situated in building that is considered a historical monument.
The apartment is fully furnished and a very warm place with all modern amenities, a double bed with a sofa in the living room plus double bed in the bedroom makes it easy for comfortable staying up to 4 people. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a rest area with sofa. Thick brick walls and windows face courtyard make this apartment quiet and tranquil. Pleasant view, light pastel and rose colours in interior- all this makes theincredible atmosphere of peace and serenity.

This apartment located 20 meters far from "Ploschad Pobedi" metro station and Victory Square. The Palace of Arts, the Central Public Park of Gorkiy, the Belarusian State Circus and the Gallery of Art, everything is in a short walking distance. Only 1 metro station to metro "Oktiabrskaya" and Oktiabrskaya Square where you can find Palace of the Republic, the Museum of the History of Second World War and Palace of Trade Unions. 400 meters far from Yakuba Kolosa Square, second largest and probably most picturesque square in Minsk.

Regular check-in time is after 2.00PM and regular check-out time is noon, 12.00PM. When booking an apartment you will be able to request a transfer. If you are coming to the apartment by public transportation or by a transfer ordered through another company, we ask you to inform us about your arrival time 24 hours in advance.
